selected as a conference presenter for two regional technology organizations, the Society
of Women Engineers (SWE) and the Massachusetts Women in Technology Association (MassWIT).
Both organizations are focused on helping women technology professionals advance their

Working with conference organizers, Ms. Gazda designed customized programs that were
delivered at their respective spring annual conferences. At the SWE Region F event, conference

MassWIT program was titled, “Finding the Leader Within” and focused on helping
attendees discover their leadership potential through a process of directed self-inquiry.
