Noreen has been serving both corporate and federal employees in the areas of career coaching, leadership development and career transition. She is Sole Proprietor of Expanding Dimensions, a firm that provides executive coaching to clients from a wide range of corporate and public service venues, focusing on their current leadership challenges. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University and Walden University, providing instruction in doctoral programs that focus on higher educational leadership.
Noreen works as a Career Specialist for NIH Transition Center where she provides services and programs for managers, supervisors, and employees affected by the A-76 Competitive Sourcing Process. She was Executive Coach for Society for Organizational Learning, providing coaching services to managers at the National Security Agency. As Feedback Coach for the National Leadership Institute at the University of Maryland, she worked with the client to develop a plan to include goals, action steps and measurements of success.
Noreen has a PhD in Higher Education Administration and Adult Education from the University of Maryland, and a MEd in Counseling from the University of Maryland. She has a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the Federal Executive Institute Coaching Cadre, the Marshall Goldsmith Partners Coaching Cadre, the Society for Organizational Leadership Coaching Cadre and the Creative Leadership Coaching Cadre. She is a certified user of the following instruments: Benchmarks, MBTI, FIRO-B, Conflict Dynamics Profile, Campbell Leadership Inventory, Executive Dimensions, Prospector, 360 by Design.
