
Edizen Corporation Adds New Two Positions as
the Company Prepares for New Growth Opportunities in the Government Sector
Springfield, MA (September, 2006) – Edizen Corporation, a leading organizational
development and HR consulting firm to government agencies and private sector organizations,
announces the addition of two new employees: Sandra Coles-Bell as a senior consultant;
and Christine Schrager as business development administrator.
Ms. Coles-Bell primary responsibilities will be focused on business development within
the government sector, and providing facilitation and training services to Edizen
government clients in the nation’s capital. With nearly 20 years related experience, Ms. Coles-Bell
shares the Edizen philosophy and passion to help individuals and organizations develop
to their highest potential and navigate effectively through change and transition.
Ms. Schrager will provide administrative support to manage the growing Edizen database
of clients and prospects, prepare proposals and assist with key clients. She brings
an extensive professional background to Edizen with experience working in the advertising
industry to provide client account management, researching and generating feature
stories, and supporting client communications. Most recently, Ms. Schrager has
provided administrative and technical support for several small and emerging businesses.

Prior to joining Edizen Ms. Coles-Bell was the assistant director for the National Minority
AIDS Council Technical Assistance, Training and Treatment Division in Washington, DC.
In this role her responsibilities included training internal staff and conducting executive
leadership development modules. Other prior positions held by Ms. Coles-Bell include
program director for the Children’s National Medical Center and regional director
of the HealthChoice program with Benova Inc. A resident of Takoma Park, MD and mother
of three, Ms. Coles-Bell is actively involved in volunteer and civic activities. She
is a past president and immediate past area Governor for Toastmasters International District
36 and currently serves as the Lt. Governor of Marketing. She also is a member of Rotary
International. Additionally she holds an appointed position with the City of Takoma Park
on the Personnel Mediation Board.
Ms. Schrager holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Boston University
and a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of Hartford. A resident of
East Hampton, CT and mother to two, she is actively involved in her community and serves
on the board of the Goff House, a museum and cultural center. She also is an accomplished
singer and performs with two well known Connecticut bands.
